  1. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for our customers – if you find at least 3 rotten eggs in your box, we will happily refund or exchange it (no questions asked). You can request a refund or exchange on our request page.
  2. We also offer compensation for broken eggs that occur during transportation. Simply report the broken eggs to us, and we will compensate you in your next order.
  3. We only sell fresh-laid eggs that are no more than 48 hours old from the time they were laid.
  4. We also offer free delivery for all orders within Ho Chi Minh City.

For our business customers, we are able to issue value added tax invoices (at a rate of 5%) upon request.
